The clinic accepts physician and self referrals Group Facilitators: The lead facilitator/educator is a Respiratory Therapist, Stacy McNeilly, who is a Certified Tobacco Educator. Her Respiratory colleagues Greg Skeeles, also a Certified Tobacco Educator, and Dave Wallace are also involved in the clinic. Facilitator/Educator Training: Smoking cessation training is required. At RMH staff under took the following: • Certified Tobacco Educator Course (Stacey and Greg) • QuitNow full-day workshop conducted David Forbes, Pharmacist (multiple people as 10 were required to run the course) • TEACH (Tobacco Enhancement in Applied Cessation Counselling and Health) (Stacey) Those interested in attending the clinic can call 604-463-1820 for next available session.
