1 day free, easy for me sometimes i spend 3 days almost not leaving the house except for walking my dog and i dont smoke during that period. I have my college exams around the next week so i will be not going out with friends often. I hope that will make me go past this period easier.

Fermin, you may find you have days where everything goes well and other days when you won't know how to cope.  When those days hit you, just post us and let us know. Reaching out can help you avoid cravings and so on.  2 days is wonderful, keep it up. Much love, Lucille.

Way to go Fermin, on day 2!  Keep it up, it will be so worth the benefits and it will get easier as time goes on.
