Poem I wrote before my quit.  "I had a craving for a smoke,
I bought a carton, now I'm broke.
I always think I'd like to quit, until the cravings start to hit.
The nicotine that's in my blood, it fills my body like a flood.
It never satisfies for long, that's why I sing this craving song.
So if I ever quit for good, I will have finally understood
that nicotine is bad for me, and bad for all, it's plain to see."

Anon, you have a wonderful way of putting things in perspective.  By quitting you've given yourself a better chance at survival and reaching that amazing milestone called freedom.  Cigarettes are very expensive and can get you into hot water.  7 days is huge, keep it up and in no time you'll reach your ultimate goal.  Hugs, Lucille.
