I finally got mad at myself and really got to my core of the problem. It's not the cigarette that is the bad here, it's me, I am addicted to more than just nicotine. The cigarette smoke contains over 3000 types of chemicals, when I look at the packaging and if you dissect a cigarette, it is just a weed, nothing more, I am paying 15 dollars times two per day to inhale smoke that only makes me lethargic and lazy. I smell and feel like a loser when I do it. I quit today at 2:30 in afternoon, I looked at the three smokes left in my pack, and said my life changes right now. Not even one puff.

greatguy,  you've been through a lot with your quit but you've never given up. That shows courage, determination and positivity.  These are the three traits that will get you to freedom once and for all.  You're not a loser in this you're a winner because everytime,  you give it all you've got.  Believe in yourself and do whatever it takes to support your quit.  I don't know if you ever got in touch with the quit coaches.  Now may be a good time for you to reach out to them.  Their number is 1-877-455-2233.  It's free and one of the best  things you can do to finally leave this addiction behind.  Just give it a try, you have nothing to lose and every thing to gain.  Welcome back, Lucille.

Thanks Lucille. Yes I am doing this, it is looking at what drives me to the addiction, it is my character defects and feeling of inadequacy. But I haven't drank alcohol in over 8 years, this I too can do.
