    Hi Shannon,
It's so different for everyone, I truly don't know if there's a true answer to that.  It is only temporary and try to remember that you are doing a great thing for yourself and those who love you.  Maybe try to distract yourself, by doing something that you enjoy.

Hi Shannon, congrats on 11 days, unfortunately the irritability can last for awhile. So can other moods, don’t want to discourage you though. It will be worth it if you can hang in there.

Shannon, no one said it was going to be easy to quit,  irritability, stress  and anxiety are all caused by smoking. Think about it, you feel irritable because you can't smoke anymore and that adds to the anxiety and stress. Don't worry this will pass, don't know how or when but it will, I can promise you that.  Be patient and take it one day and one step at a time.  Tell yourself that you are worth it and remember others are feeling what you are now.  You're not alone.  Much love, Lucille.
