Happy Friday everyone, another smoke free week for many of us.  I'm feeling great, have had many ups and downs with cravings especially while working from home and all the depressing virus stuff but this weekend I get to see my granddaughter again she is turning 6 so will go for a social distancing visit at her home.  Hope everyone stays safe and has a wonderful weekend!

Blondiee, enjoy your visit with your granddaughter knowing that you're doing it smoke free.  I'm sure your family is very proud of you as we certainly are for all the hard work you put into your quit.  You have control over the cravings and that's all they are, they don't dictate you and you are strong enough to put them out of your mind when you have them.  Look at how far you've come and at all the benefits that you've accumulated along the way Tell yourself it is totally worth it. Congratulations on 7 months +. Stay true to your quit and believe in the power that is you.  Hugs, Lucille.

And happy Friday to you as well and congrats on 221 days of being smoke free. This time is hard on everyone but those who are also becoming smoke free are battling with issues that many of us did not have to deal with at the time we quit. So to everyone who is having trouble during this time is understandable but getting through it without giving in is amazing. Congrats to all who are maintaining their quit during this time of isolation. Again kudos to you Blondiee13 for your 221 days!
