Attempt # who knows, lost track.  Smoking made me very ill this time, Doctor gave me a harsh warning with an intense, “if you do not quit......”.  Okay,  I am listening and taking the warning seriously.  Get it done, no better time than now. I was going to wait and procrastinate,  as everyone here knows I can do very well, lol. But seriously, not getting any younger or heather. It will be worth it in the long haul, I got this. Every time I crave I am just going to say N.O.P.E ( not one puff ever ), and will drink lots of water, helps the insides to feel like they are being cleaned out. On day 3 right now, so looking forward to being able to breath and not feel death knocking on my door anymore.  48 years old on a couple of months, 34 of those years lived as a smoker, started at age 14, wow, 14 years of my life since birth have been smoke free.  Scary to think about, but enough of the self pity BS, day 3 and proud of it.
