Tossed all the cigs, got some nicotine gum and a plan.

    Sounds good, Kel.      I've known people who used the gum and did well.       If you need support - it's here.     The QuitCoaches (number at top of page) are willing and able to support you as are many of us here on the forum.       Keep reading; we're all supporting each other.

    Day 3 and I'm doing well, switched to the patch. No "need" cravings but quite a few "habit" ones.
