Thank you to the Quit Coaches who go far and beyond to helping us quit during these terrible times.  Also thanks to the doctors and nurses, grocery clerks, pharmacists and all the others that risk their lives during this pandemic.  Without them we really couldn't get what we need to remain smoke free and healthy.   They are our lifelines through all of this.  Take time to reflect on what they do for us day to day and thank your lucky stars that they are still working.  I appreciate each and everyone of you.

Ditto Lucille, to both all of the coaches, and all of those out there right now.  All I can say is, I am so glad I quit before this virus came, the anxiety from each of them individually is enough, let alone together!

Well said Lucille. The Quit Coaches are always there for us, through thick and thin. I appreciate ALL of them so much. This is such a stressful time, and without them I think alot of us might have relapsed. Thank you Quit Coaches for always being there for us !!
