    Rhon, congratulations on 1 month. Well done.  Stay vigilant however as the nicodemon could still sneak up on you when you least expect it.  He doesn’t give up easily.  Just say NOPE and don’t let him back in.  Hugs, Lucille

    That first month is ultra important Rhon49 because that's when you build your quit tool box so be sure to celebrate this critical milestone! Quitting isn't over for you yet but you have shown yourself & the world that you have what it takes to get this done.
    I would say that's worth celebrating!

    Congratulations!!!  I am one month behind you.  Had a solid quit 11 years ago and the Qnet community was super helpful back then.  Good luck and stay strong everyone!
