I bought a vape and it only lasted a day instead of the six months I was mislead to believe and so I tried to get refund but they turned the alarm on me to get out of the shop and I forgot the vape at the shop now I bought smokes and I am giving up my quit for a while. I can't seem to quit smoking so I am hoping I feel better about going without. I felt so sick without smokes I feel I can't do it but I will try again now so I don't lose my future hope. Please let this day lead to smoke freedom.

Terry, there has been so much on the news concerning vapes, they are not a solution to quitting and only make it worse.  Please talk to your doctor to see if there are any other solutions that may help you and read what others have posted to get an idea of how you can do this without the vape.  Also give the quit coaches a call, they can help you quit,  they are pros at what they do and have a wealth of information that can help you.  Their number is 1-877-455-2233 and it's absolutely free.  Good on you for not giving up and reaching out for help.  You are not alone.  Lucille.

I think that any step you take to being addiction free can lay the groundwork for future success. Even if you feel you can't do it right now, though it's extremely clear you want to, I see you taking action toward your goal. Reaching out, writing honestly about how you're feeling. I believe in you!
