Did anyone else find that they started a cough after they quit? I’ve been coughing like crazy

    I'm 15 days quit & yes I noticed a cough & and a slight bit of wheezing now & then around day 8. Hope it goes away soon. Stay strong

    Yeah, that’s totally normal. I think that’s just your body’s way of getting rid of all those toxins and bad stuff.
     I remember coughing up nasty looking phlegm. Nothing to worry about my friend. Your lung capacity will start recovering after a few months of quitting, so keep it up ckran. And congrats on taking that step for yourself.

    Chels25, drink plenty of water, it may help keep you hydrated and in turn help with your cough.  If things don’t improve after a week or gets worse give your doctor a call, he may be able to prescribe something to help. So far you’re doing awesome keep it going.  Stay well, hugs, Lucille 🤭😷🤗
