I once had a hangover. I thought I was dying and wished I would die!LOL! I have NEVER done it since, once was enough!
And that is why starting to smoke again is NEVER happening. I am not having any kind of fun right now and the thought of doing it again makes me shudder. NOPE, not going there for sure!!
Welcome to the forum. You are on the road to freedom, brace yourself for the ride 😊

Drummer, if you've quit before you can do it again.  It's not an easy thing to do but if you stay positive and really want to do this you will succeed.  If you need our help at any time you're welcome to post us.  Hugs, Lucille.

Maybe not looking forward to the early days where you will be challenged often by your own junkie thinking but those days will pass as you distance yourself from smoking and further down the road is freedom! Now, that's worth fighting for. You'll be very happy once you have your freedom back and your health improves, not to mention a fatter wallet :)

Thank you for support.  I have chosen October 2nd as my quit date.  I quit once for 18 years, and once for 14.  Have been smoking again for 4 years..  I know what to expect.. but your comments and support are most welcome.  Thanks again!
