Smoking is addictive, messy, costly and obviously bad for your health. Also a nuisance when either having to detour to buy them or socialize with others that don't smoke.

    Yes - it's all of those but worst of all, you're a slave to your addiction. It screams to be fed every hour or so and you come running - right?

    Chainsmoker,  many of us use to be like you,  but by joining this wonderful forum, have managed to keep smoking at bay or quit altogether.  It's not an easy journey and I won't pretend that it is, you're in for quite a fight with the nicodemon.  I hope you have a plan in mind and if not give the quit coaches a call at 1-877-455-2233 for some excellent advice on how to proceed.  The call and service is free.  Also please read some of the posts to get an idea of what you're up against and for strategies that may work for you  Welcome to the quit now community and congrats on your decision to quit.  If you need our help at any time let us know as we'd love to see you free from this addiction.  Hugs and all the best, Lucille.
