Good to hear paddleboy, you're on your way once again and we'll be here to help you along the way.  Stay positive and just do your best,  once again, one day and one step at a time.  You've done it before and I really believe that you can do it again.  Hugs, Lucille.

Hi paddleboy, I remember you from over a year ago and how much you helped me. I did relapse last year and was so dissapointed in myself, but I did learn alot from it and realized that no one should beat themselves up.....it happens. I'm now at 6 months and hope it doesn't happen again. I'm so glad you are back on track again and seeing that you had a year and a half in, you must be very strong. I'm sure this time it will be for life for you. Take care
