Get back on right away Vaw! Take smoking completely off the table - you are smoke free now so that is no longer an option.
When you smoke, you feel that momentary pleasure because you are feeding your nicotine addiction and relieving the anxiety that creates within you. You're not solving any issue in your life. I know it's hard, especially when you are dealing with any number of temporary quit symptoms and life issues at the same time but it IS doable. You need to refuse to give in to old habits and just say NOPE! Distract and delay when you are feeling weak. It will pass. Oh and, get rid of any smoking material you might have. It's too tempting if it's at arm's length.

Vaw, get back on the bandwagon and do what you have to do to remain smoke free.  There is a wealth of information on this forum on how you can go about it to succeed.  Just read what others have posted to get an idea on how to proceed.  All the best, Lucille.
