(A moment for you)  You are a success story!  Whether your dreams are still in the idea stage or they're just about to unfold, you have so much to be proud of.  You are a gift to all who know you and positive thinking will always work in your favour. Trust yourself.  There's no one who knows you better. Dreaming + believing = achievement and success. Let your star shine , you're doing a great job.  (WW spirit lifters)

Wow.....that is truly inspirational Lucille. Thanks for sharing and I can honestly say that if it were not for this forum and all of the support and encouragement of people like yourself,  I would not have made it this far.

I needed that.  For some reason the last week has been incredibly difficult.  Still holding my own but feel like I’m on the edge.  I love this Forum.

For some reason the 3 month mark is challenging for many people. Just keep saying NO to those cravings. This will be temporary so just  stay the course. You have a lot invested in your quit now. Too much to start over again. You also have all the tools you need to get by this time so stay strong and you'll be just fine :)

JudyJack, you're doing amazing, keep it up. Remember to take deep breaths, count to 5 or ten and exhale when you're feeling stressed. Much love, Lucille.
