Been smoking since I got out of high school, I’ve quit 2 time for a period of 3-4 months during my mid 20’s.
I’m tired of being a smoker, an I know I can always improve for myself and my family.

    Welcome and good luck Scotty.  Use the 5D's for when cravings hit and change up your routine.  I'm sure that if you quit for 3-4 months you will be able to do so again.
