Quitting in 12 days
Quit Date March 2nd..........I have to do this !!! 39 yrs smoking, hard to believe.

    Jlshep, Congratulations on your decision to quit.  We here at the forum are so happy that you've decided to join us.  Please try to cut down on the amount you're smoking now in order to make it a little easier on you when that day arrives.  When you're ready let us know and we'll work with you to achieve your ultimate goal.  We back you 100% and you are never alone to deal with the withdrawals and so on.  Keep us posted, Lucille.

    Hi Jlshep, welcome to the forum.  Hopefully you can start cutting back on the number of smokes you have each day to prepare yourself for your quit day.  Good luck, and keep us posted.

    I just ‘celebrated’ 50 years of smoking by quitting!  Wish I would have done it after 39!
    You can do this.  This Forum is a great support network...use it.
