Trevor, see your doctor about the chest pains just to be on the safe side.  Then discuss with him what your best options are for quitting.  When you've spoken to him let us know and we'll help you as much as we can.  In the meantime, drink plenty of water, read Allen Carr's "Easy Way To Stop Smoking",  say NOPE (Not One Puff Ever)  to yourself several times a day. Also read some of the other posts to get tips on how to proceed and what to expect.  All the best, Lucille.

Hi Trevor, perhaps you should see a health care professional about your chest.  Good luck with your quit.

Hi Trevorneverquit, I am sorry to hear that you are having chest pain, I am suggesting that you call 911 and get to the hospital right away as you may need to be seen by a doctor. Please don't hesitate to contact us at 1-877- 455-2233 when you are back should you decide to quit or even reduce your tobacco use, we offer one on one support and offer much flexibility as we are often able to book appointments around your availability.
    All the best Trevor.
