    Bradstar, whether it be cigarettes or cigars you're quitting, it's a good thing,  as you're taking your health back and adding years to your life.  In a few weeks you'll begin to reap the benefits and you won't regret your decision.  Have you taken time to read some of the posts that other quitters have written.  They offer excellent ideas for you to run with.  Good luck and please keep us posted as we'd be more than happy to help you through this.  Hugs, Lucille.

    Good decision Bradstar.  And if you're like my brother, you smoke em like they're a cigarette?  Use the 5 D's for when cravings hit, and I don't know if this would apply to you, but change up your routine, it does help with quitting cigarettes.  Welcome and good luck!
