day 3, the gum is helping a lot. It is actually curbing the sensation to smoke.
Quitting cigarettes gave me the confidence of expressing my love to my crush. I hope she doesn't get scared and stops talking to me lol.

Sukrittlak,  welcome to the Quitnow community.  Glad to see that you found a nicotine replacement product that's working for you.  Just be mindful that it's not an easy journey and that you may have a few problems along the way.  For support and encouragement give the quit coaches a call at 1-877-455-2233. They can help you formulate a plan that will be beneficial to you and give you tips on what to do to stay the course.  It's free and you certainly won't regret it.  Keep us informed as well and we'll try and get you through the rough spots.  Congratulations on your decision and stay well and safe, Lucille.

Far be it from me to give advise on someone else's business but your story sounds amazing. I would advise though that your quit is for you first. This is something that you are doing for yourself. If good things come of the good you are doing for you, as so often happens in life, celebrate that. But if / when troubled waters develop the bottom line reasons of why you are quitting must be water tight. Always, always protect your quit.
Other than that, I love a good love story Sukrittlak lol. Good luck!
