I really love this - 29 days, $377 saved and 580 cigs not smoked!  Each day gets a little easier and my willpower continues to stay with me.  I actually only have a couple of friends that smoke; the majority of the people I know (and I know a lot because of my volunteer activities) are cheering for me and that helps a lot too.  Thanks for being here everyone - it's comforting to visit this site.

Congrats on your first month Queeney! That's the worst of it done and dusted. You just have to keep working on dismissing those urges to smoke that come along and get used to all the benefits you're starting to see now as a nonsmoker. Be patient with the process because it's happening for you now and will only get better and better for you from here. It's good you have a lot of support in your day to day life as well as here. Always remember that we here are all quitters and understand what you are going through at every stage of your quit process. We are always here when you need us 😉
