Im on step 3 of the patch. Im smoke free since i started but im thinking that i will need more time on the NRT. Will i have to pay for them after the 3 months or can i get more free through the program. Im not going back to smoking ever, but im having tough spells now that im on step 3 and would like to have it for another month

Unfortunately, the program only covers 3 months. Did you start the program in 2020 or in 2019? because if you got some patches in 2019, it might buy you another month. Go speak to your pharmacist, he'll know more

It's always worth the investment if you have to buy the patch.    You'd be spending more on cigarettes so why not?        Congrats on your 67 days!         You got this!

Bigaussieman,  wow congratulations on your 2 months + quit.  Eventually you'll have to ween yourself off of the patch but if you feel you still need it for a little while longer, talk to your pharmacist about it.  You may have to pay for another batch but if it's worth it then go for it or try the lozenges which may be a bit cheaper.  Whatever works for you as you are in control of how you handle it.  All the best and hugs, Lucille.

Do what you have to do Bigaussieman, the quit is more important, so stay on it as you need, congrats to you.

Talked with my pharmacist, because i started in december, i qualify for another month. Finding step 3 a challange so with another month i can ween myself off, maybe a patch every other day. Ill never smoke again

Do what you need to do to stay quit. I used the inhaler when  I was having a bad day, and there was quite a few of those. Everyone  is different  so do what's best for you.

You are rocking this Bigaussieman! I have been wondering how you're doing, and so happy things are going well. I remember thinking how small the step 3 patches were and that messed with my head for a few days. I was thinking that I may have to buy some lozenges to back stop the quit but it was not required.
Now I am 28 days off nicotine. The smaller patches actually helped me, as it turned out, to realize that I could step completely away from patches. Wish the same for you my friend. Cheers
