Gearing up for June 1st.    Got patch and lozenge ready to go.     I'm encouraged by others who have used those NRTs.     I can hardly wait for my last smoke so I can break dem chains!

    If you have your NRT's and a quit plan ready then why wait 2 more weeks. As the title of this forum says: "Quit Now". The sooner the better for the sake of your health and your wallet :) Best wishes with your quit Don, Stick around for great support in quitting.
