    Steve, a huge congratulations on your upcoming 1 year quit.  Hope you plan to celebrate and reward yourself in the bargain.  There is no better feeling than knowing you worked hard and never gave up on your goal, that your health has improved tenfold   and that your wallet is fatter than it's ever been.  Continued success and don't let it ever be said that quitting is impossible.  Much love, Lucille.

    Hi Steve,
    Thanks for the inspiration!  I have to admit, the first two weeks were hell for me.  But for sure, got easier.  You just have to stick it out and know it gets better.  Congrats!
