I can’t believe how liberating it feels to not smoke. I don’t have to worry about sneaking around trying to hide to have one, I’m loving it 😃 I’m only a month and 3 days quit so I can’t pat myself on the back too much yet, but it really feels different this time

    That is awesome Pam!  You should start noticing that the cravings come with less intensity and frequency, making them easier to manage and ignore.  Congrats on 34 days, keep it up, you're doing fantastic!

    You are doing really well Pam. I look forward to the next time I take a flight and won't be crawling up the walls wanting to get there then, once I land, scrambling around looking for a place to light up! I'll be Mr. Calm Cool and Collected lol.

      I thought about that too, I fly to New Zealand every 2 years and that flight has always been a challenge. I’m so excited that I won’t be going crazy waiting to land 😃

    Way to go Pam! You are doing amazing. One month and four days smoke-free is awesome! Please continue with what you've been doing. You are on your way to a life of freedom.
