Tiredness is a withdrawal symptom which will pass soon. Stay true to yourself and keep strong - lets make this quit your last one!

Mae, welcome to the forum. If you feel tired from your quit rest if you can as quitting is hard work after all.  As you get further into your quit, you’ll find it gradually gets better and the benefits supersede the hardships of quitting.   To relax take deep breaths count to ten and relax .  You’re on Day five and doing excellent considering the first week is the most difficult to get through.  Good job . Hugs, Lucille  👏👍🙋‍♀️😷

As others have indicated Mae, quitting is hard work in the early days and therefore being tired is perfectly normal. I was exhausted after some days in the first few weeks of my quit but it was also a blessing in disguise because I would go to bed early and sleep as much as possible. Can't smoke when sleeping!
