Thanks so much Greg.....my quit buddy!! What an awesome feeling this is, to have made it to one year. This was my second serious attempt at quitting and at first I really didn't think I would made it this far. I will keep going forever, this was the promise that I made to myself. I think a cake for celebration sounds absolutely yummy and I will have a salad beforehand so I won't feel "too" guilty, haha! It means alot to me that you remembered my anniversary and I thank you for all of your support during this last year of my quit!! You inspire me.

Carole, well here we are again.  One year later, my goodness how time flies when we dedicate ourselves to reaching our goals.  I am so happy for you and can't say enough about how hard you worked to get here.  I always believed that each of us has an inner strength deep down inside of us that would lead us to freedom and although we face tough times and adversity we can do amazing things when we set our minds to it.  Progress doesn't require perfection,  just action and you've succeeded, so proud of you.  Now that you're free of the nicodemon,  it's time to rest and relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour.  Give yourself permission to take a break,  enjoy that celebratory cake, wish we could all share a slice with you.  Now you can feel your energy and positivity levels soar.  Good on you, huge congratulations,  Lucille.
