Don Fraser
Howdy folks -
Well, I quit almost 30 days ago and I feel great!    What I did was switch to an e-cigarette.   Now I inhale water-vapour-no smoke.     I know I'm still addicted to nicotine but I've got a plan for that, too.      But at least my lungs will be ok.

Hi Don, it's a start, you're one step closer to figuring out how to be smoke free.  Congrats on your 30 days!

Here's the thing - I got off smoke and now I'm just on vapour.    Big difference between carbon monoxide and water!

    Hi Don,
That's awesome.  Don't worry about the nicotine/vape as an NRT, whatever works for you, no one's here to judge.  And I'm sure it will be easy to get off.  Keep it up, you're doing great!

Don, use  whatever it takes to remain quit . As long as the e-cigarettes don't contain any toxins, you're home free. Lucille.

Thanks, Lucille.     So far so good!       I'm getting my breath back.   Feels so good to breathe oxygen again!
