Meet Kelly
15 years ago, I was smoking a pack a day, was ridiculously out of shape, and going nowhere with my life. Quitting smoking was the first step in a series of events that led to great things in my life. I had my last cigarette on April 4 1998, and since that time I have completed two Ironman triathlons, received my Masters in Psychology, and began helping people addicted to substances, including nicotine. Quittign smoking was the best health decision I have ever made, bar none.
