4. Coping with Withdrawal Symptoms
Learning how to recognize and cope with withdrawal is critical to achieving quit success. The first 3 to 5 days of the quit process are the toughest in terms of nicotine withdrawal symptoms. After a week to 10 days, all physical withdrawal symptoms should be done.
Note: If withdrawal symptoms persist or seem worse after 10 days, consult a doctor.
