Meet richii
I've been a smoker for 15 years. Maybe the most stupid time of my life, wasted money, health, time and energy. I've quit now for 3 weeks and already notice a great difference - my taste for food increased, my blood pressure and breathing improved, and I'm feeling real healthy. I feel my cravings reduced with eating healthy foods and drinking plenty of water. When I do get strong cravings, it seems water takes away the cravings? who would of thought...lol!

My cardio,and drive has increased and I feel blessed that this time I am sure this quit is the last. Just remember it gets easier and easier as everyday day goes bye..peace.
