Many years ago I went to a laser clinic in White Rock, and they put the patches on me - I think 2 on my forehead, one on each hand and leg. I think they are acupressure points on the body. I remember the "zapping" of electricity, this took about 20 minutes, and I have never smoked since, and can drink coffee and alcohol in the same day without cravings...good luck
