I have been smoking for 40 yrs. My last smoke was Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 at 9:30 pm. God this is hard, but I will continue to beat that little voice inside my head telling me to light up.

My friend got me the nicorette Inhaler, and it is working. I use it like I had a smoke in my hand. Mind over matter - yup that's it - mind over matter - so quit little voice, I'm not listening!
